Hierlo is a personal relationship management app designed for personal and professional context tracking.

• Set reminders and follow-up tasks.
• Receive AI-powered insights and suggestions.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and data.
• You agree to provide accurate information when using the app.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscription & Payments

Some features require an active Hierlo Pro subscription.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store, auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal, and can be managed in your Apple ID settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app or interfere with its normal operation.

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Store or share content that violates others' rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app.
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Interfere with the app's normal operation.

Intellectual Property

• Hierlo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us.
• The app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• You retain ownership of all data and content you create within the app.
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Your use of Hierlo is also governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
